Rochester Radiator is open and we plan to stay open as long as we can, provided that we can keep our customers and our team as safe as possible. In order to continue serving our customers for
their vehicle and radiator repair needs as we always have, we have implemented a strict regimen of sanitizing our service office and each vehicle that is worked on:
Our Office:
-
We will sanitize the service counter, all doorknobs, pens and hands between each customer.
-
We can conduct business over the phone to minimize face-to-face contact. Call 603-332-0286 to book an appointment and explain work to be done. Then use our key
dropoff and after the work is done, you can call us to make arrangements for key/vehicle pickup and phone in your payment.
-
We can also conduct business/transactions in the parking lot at a safe distance. If we don't see you pull in, call 332-0286.
-
We have closed our customer restroom and water cooler for now.
-
We are not offering any service-while-you-wait appointments.
Your Vehicle:
-
Our staff will always be wearing protective gloves while working on your car and gloves are disposed of after working on each vehicle.
-
Your keys, steering wheel, shifter, doorhandles and anything that is touched in your car will be sanitized before you pick up your vehicle.
We Ask That If You Enter the Office:
-
One customer in the office at a time. Others please wait outside.
-
Please maintain a distance of at least four feet between you and our staff.
-
Please leave children at home while picking up or dropping off at the shop.
-
Please stay home and postpone car repairs if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath. Even if you are feeling well, but may have come in contact with
someone in the last two weeks who is sick or may have been exposed to the virus, postpone repairs and stay home.
Please know that we have instructed our technicians to stay home if they are feeling ill at all and we are asking the same of our customers. If we find that we have to self-quarantine, we will
close the shop for everyone's safety. Keeping your cars on the road, especially now, is important and we have put these changes in place so we can stay open as long as possible, as safely as
possible. Thank you for understanding and we hope that this situation will be behind us soon.
